Big Construction Project on Las Vegas Boulevard

There was a really interesting construction project building on the Strip when I was in las Vegas in February 2008. It looked like it would really be interesting. I believe I’ve read of some uncertainty about its financing but it is hard to believe it could come this far along and not get completed. First of several shots
