Bolivian Tinku Dancers in the Arlington Communities Parade. There are a number of troops locally who dance and compete in traditional Bolivian dances. Some highlight aboriginal customs, some the Spanish colonists. The dancers range in age and are generally segregated into groups by sex and age. These girls have on little bowlers and black outfits with colorful detailing.
