Dance Judge, National Pow Wow

One of the dance judges at the National Pow Wow, held in 2007 in Washington DC. He is dressed as a men’s grass dancer and was judging boys’ grass dance. My flash wasn’t quite strong enough to illuninate him as he should have been. I love the colors of his regalia.
