Boy’s Fancy Feather dancer, pictured before the competitive dance started at the National Pow Wow in 2007 in Washington DC. These boys had tremendous regalia as this one in a green theme shows. I was a bit too far away and my flash a little too weak to properly get this as it should have been but it still turned out as one of my better shots.
