Northern Traditional Dancer

At the National Pow Wow in 2007, my children and I spoke with this Northern Traditional Dancer who was having a break outside the arena. He had come from North Carolina but had grown up in the northern tier. His regalia was quite different from the bright colors we had seen in the fancy feather dance and the grass dance.
