Crowd on monument hill for the Obama Inauguration
Crowd of people on Washington Monument hill for the inauguration of President Obama. This spot is about 1 1/8 mile from the stage on the west side of the capitol where the president was sworn in. We could see the events on “jumbotrons” and there were event speaker systems to provide audio. The crowd was really excited and happy, not to mention enormous.
