Puffball Parmagiana, part 2
Giant puffballs are reliable of edible wild mushrooms. Here, some of the sliced puffball mushroom can be seen as they are sauteed in olive oil. A milk and egg soak is visible and seasoned flour. The mushroom slices were rolled in the egg mixture and then dredged in the flour before being put to the pan.
