Giant puffballs are reliable edible wild mushrooms. Here, some of the sliced puffball mushroom can be seen as they are sauteed in olive oil. three slices have been browned on one side and turned over, three more slices have started cooking. It doesn’t hurt to cook a bit of garlic in your oil first.
