Puffball Parmagiana, part 5
Giant puffballs are reliable edible wild mushrooms. The browned, battered mushrooms are in an ovenproof casserole. They are covered with slices of hard white cheese and a liberal dose of chopped fresh oregano and conventional jar spaghetti sauce has been spooned over the top in preparation for the oven. Then Parmesan cheese has been liberally grated over the top. The oven is pre-heating at 350 degrees farenheit.
