Solar building entered in the 2007 Solar Decathlon
US Capitol seen from the 2007 Solar Decathlon on the Mall in Washington DC. The event was judged on, believe it or not, 10 criteria for energy efficiency. This entry’s rechargeable cart is seen in the garage bay integral to the structure. Charging the cart was one of the 10 criteria.
