Bridal Bouquet bush in bloom

This is an ornamental shrub I was taught is called bridal bouquet. It grows in canes, like forsythia and blooms not to far after forsythia. Like that bush, its second year canes are its most beautiful. It has small white that appear in coherent bunches.
