Rolling Thunder

Rolling Thunder is a tribute paid by bikers to war dead, especially war dead from the Viet Nam War. It is held in Washington DC on Memorial Day weekend. Many bikers mount US flags like this one. This location is the Memorial Bridge running between Arlington Cemetery and the Lincoln Memorial.
