Jay in the Rocky Mountain National Park

A jay of some sort in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. We saw these birds at the upper end of a trail, next to an alpine lake surrounded by lodgepole pines and other flora.
Shot with a Nikon D80 and a 55-200mm AF lens.
