Lily pads and water lily flowers, Rocky Mountain National Park

Lily pads and water lily flowers seen at Nymph Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. This lake is on a very nice hiking trail, much trafficked in early August. A beautiful summer scene with a cold lake fed by a series of streams and small lakes filling with snow melt. Quite a few trout fishermen were also to be seen.
Shot with a Nikon D80 and a 55-200mm AF lens.
