Royalty Free Photography

Bright white angraecum orchids (angraecum comorense – Gwen Copley variety). The throat and lower petals are pale green. These orchids were very different from most of the others I saw that day in the US Botanical Garden in Washington DC. The orchids seemed to be on particular display, dominating the floral exhibition area in front around the fountain. Most had a delicate petal, not like these apparently thick ones.
