Jamboree Metalworking Instructor

Jamboree Metalworking Instructor

One of a large group of instructors for the metalworking merit badge at the National Centennial Jamboree. Metalworking was one of an extremely large number of badges on offer at the merit badge midway. The metalworking instructors wore a sort of uniform like a 19th century blacksmith. This man is moving a container of molten metal from a furnace to pour into smaller containers the scouts used to pour molds.
Shot with a Nikon D80 and a 50mm AIS lens.
