George Washington Masonic National Memorial, Alexandria, VA

The George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, VA. The national memorial was envisioned by the Masons as a way to honor fellow Mason George Washington. The 333-foot tall memorial sits atop Shooters Hill. Construction began in 1922, the building was dedicated in 1932, and the interior finally completed in 1970.
